2. Where do you provide service?  Do you offer home-based therapy? 

We provide service in affiliated gyms OR at high qualifty fitness centers across cities Currently at URBOUNCE GYM, FC ROAD, PUNE.

We do provide home-based sessions depending on your location. Base sessions above ₹1000 carry no additional fees ; minimal travel charges apply for lower-value bookings.

3. What can I expect during my initial Therapy session?

Your first session includes a detailed evaluation of your concerns, a movement assessment, and the creation of a personalised treatment plan designed to deliver clear, targeted results. Prefer not to eat heavy meal 2 hours before massage, easily digestable food should be had before 1 hour.

4. What conditions do you treat?

We address a wide range of concerns, including muscle soreness and stiffness, joint pain, mobility limitations, and related musculoskeletal issues.

5.  How do you do to maintain hygiene?

Before every session, all contact surfaces and equipment are sanitised using medical-grade disinfectants and freshly cleaned towels. Our therapists wear masks, cleanse their hands thoroughly, and ensure the treatment area remains impeccably hygienic. For electrotherapy, the skin-contact points are gently cleaned with antibacterial wipes.
